Recapping Part One

In my previous hub, LadyJane and the Hubnuggeteers were getting ready for a party that LadyGaGa was to put on at the old Hollister house. Let us join in and see whats on Ladyjane's mind.

I was more than suspicious of my sisters intentions, I knew she was up to no good, but couldn't really put a finger on what she would want to do to me at this point, heck I knew what she was capable of, but still I couldn't grasp it.

Everyone on the team RSVP so I knew all my friends would be there, that was very reassuring to say the least. AT a quarter past 8 pm I was informed that a car was to be picking me up and sure enough there it was right on time. The driver opened the door and to my surprise all my friends were in the limo waiting on me. Ripplemaker looked as radiant as ever, Ennelle wore an outfit I had never seen before and she wore it with so much grace. Patty was beautiful in her summer ensemble and I wore a gown that David Niven had tailored just for me. Yea it was a little worse for wear but the moth ball smell wasn’t too bad. Ah David Niven, how I missed him, we had the most glorious affair years ago, oh but I digress.

I got into the limo and said hello to my hubnugget friends who were so happy to see me and mentioned how beautiful I looked. We chatted to each other and no one could contain their excitement. To take our minds off our nervousness Maddie mentioned what the categories were for this week's hubnugget hub. And they are:

I was nervous but excited at the same time. Finally we pulled up to the familiar old house where I spent as a child and was mesmerized by it. Usually when you go back to a place you knew as a child it looks ever so much smaller, but that was not the case with this house, if anything it looked larger than ever as if to loom over us.

As we all got out of the limo we were directed into the house and I got a glimpse of a memory from when I was 5 years old. I tried desperately not to let my mind wander but I couldn’t help it. In my memory my sister and I were playing hide and seek in the basement and I looked everywhere for a place to hide in that drab old basement, finally I found an old chest that was covered in spider webs and dust. I swallowed hard and jumped in and closed it because I was not going to let my sister win again. Well needless to say as soon as I closed the lid I heard Mary Jane shoes tapping by, when she got to the chest she said, “Ladyjane GAGA” Are you there gagaga? I said nothing but I did hear the clatter of keys and before I knew what was happening, I heard the key locking the chest and my sister skipping away further and further away laughing as she skipped away. Drats, what an evil child she was. I was certain that I had taken my last breath and I was doomed to wither and die in that crusty old chest. It was minutes before an old handyman heard me and let me out but it felt like hours. I swore then that I wouldn't let myself be vulnerable to my sister again and had done everything in my power to be rid of her. Well she found me at Hubpages and so here I am about to enter the ball room in my father's house and I hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Everything was magnificently decorated; it still had the old look to it but the furnishings were fabulous and you could tell that great care was taken in choosing the new pieces in the room. The ballroom was incredible, my father held lavish dinner parties here when I was little and my sister and I would peak from the foyer to see what everyone was wearing. I guess there are still some good memories from this old place.

AS we were seated the lights went down in the room and the center of the room was set as the stage as LadyGaga appeared in all her glory. There was applause all around but there was butterflies in my stomach as she took to the stage and looked right at me. She thanked everyone for coming and then asked that I join her on the stage. I looked at my colleagues as they all motioned me to go on and applauding at the same time. I walked to the stage almost in a surreal state. My sister put her arms around me and gave me a hug and then just as it felt like the floor had dropped underneath me, the floor did drop underneath me and LadyGaga and I fell through the floor to what looked like a dungeon or basement or something. I knew this was too good to be true.

Luckily we landed on a soft pallet and there was no damage done when my sister finally told me the reason for all this excitement. She went on to tell me that she was not my sister at all. "What"?, I gasped, "how could that be"? She said, when she was a baby, yes she was a twin but her twin died at birth and our father then had gone to a hospital and had taken me from the hospital on the day that I was born.

The End of the Game

I couldn't believe what I was hearing but somehow it all made sense and answered all my questions that I had about the differences between LadyGaga and I. At that moment, even though I felt sad about my stolen childhood, I felt relief that now I knew the truth.

Before I knew it LadyGaga had grabbed me tied my hands behind me and threw me on some kind of bed that looked like something from a crazy mental hospital and was hooking me up to some electrical gadget. LadyGaga looked crazier than ever as she explained to me that she was gonna suck out all my hubknowledge out of my brain. Oh, why didnt I just stay home and wash my hair like normal single girls do on Saturday night?

Meanwhile back at the ranch

Just then I heard a pounding on the door and I could hear my hubugget friends breaking down the door coming to try to save me. Jason had what looked like a vase in his hand and clocked LadyGaga on the head and she fell to the floor. They took me off the lab table and my head was clearing as I saw the police taking LadyGaga away, She looked back at me and said, "I should have killed you when I had the chance"!.

I was so grateful that my friends saved me once again and that it was all over. I knew the truth about my childhood and the kidnapping as a baby and now my next quest would be to find my real parents and my real twin. Whatever I might found out would be alright, and there was one thing that I knew for certain; my real twin had to be someone that was more like me and definitely more graceful.

Disclaimer:

Now that Ladyjane1 knows the truth about her childhood and everything is back on track again, we shall say goodnight to LadyGaga and put her to bed once and for all before she sues the heck out of me.

Congratulations to all the nominees and happy voting everyone. Cheers.
